during processing command find of suid files from script  /etc/periodic/security/100.chksetuid some files on partiton which placed on FreeBSD PseudoRAID RAID1 is damaged. damage is a random change 4 bytes in offset 252 from head of damaged file. On partition which placed on non raid devices files not damaged

store checksums of files on partition which placed on FreeBSD PseudoRAID RAID1. then run script /etc/periodic/security/100.chksetuid. then check checksums of files.. on some files checksums not be identical
