I just committed the patch to HEAD.(if_re.c rev 1.101, if_rlreg.h rev. 1.70)

RELENG_7 still needs re approval(e.g. freezed) and I just commited the
patch to HEAD.  So you may have to wait a while until it hits RELENG_7.
