MSI K9AG Neo2-Digital - does it work?

I'm thinking of buying an AM2 motherboard to replace my faithful old
939 mobo.

Does anyone have experience with the MSI K9AG Neo2-Digital board?
I'm particularly interested in
a) whether SATA works
b) whether the NIC works
c) whether X11 works with the onboard graphic chip (using DVI-D)
d) whether sound works
e) whether firewire also works
