/etc/make.conf flags for Intel

My bad.

/usr/share/examples/etc/make.conf is set to -O.

Copy /usr/share/examples/etc/make.conf to /etc if make.conf is
missing/empty and make the changes below.

CPUTYPE=nocona
CFLAGS= -O2 -pipe
COPTFLAGS= -O2 -pipe

If you have a custom build kernel you may want to add

KERNCONF=what-ever-you-name-your-kernel
