I cannot reproduce this problem on HEAD, and at a glance RELENG_5
should be OK too.  I mean, the .depend file correctly references
the i386 version of endian.h.

Can you provide me with a shell access to this box, so I could
look into the contents of /usr/obj/amd64/a/portbuild/amd64/5/?
