Suspending alpha package builds

Ongoing problems with alpha on 5.x (see previous emails) are taking up
a lot of my time to deal with, and I'm not getting enough feedback
from alpha developers to make it worthwhile.  I'm going to stop
building packages on alpha for now until the developer situation
starts looking up.
