Antoine G. in Paris France succesfully sued a vendor of an Acer
laptop who bundled in Microsoft unwanted.  Rebate 311 Euros, +
500 damages + 150 costs + manufacturer to pay legal costs.
Dell Germany rebatted a laptop by 78 Euros in March, for a non MS user.
