There's a misunderstanding on that page.  It's Not a FreeBSD logo,
it's the generic BSD graphic that Free,Net,Open,Dragon etc systems
& users use courtesy of Kirk McKusik's consent, if & where given.
So it appears Kirk's (cc'd) right to sue/ pursue or whatever, not ours.

I see it's got what (I suppose an American) described as "Billy Ray
Cyrus-style mullet". Maybe that translates from American to English
as "extra hair at the back"  So the graphic appears a derived work,
a modification of copyright material.
