fxr.watson.org news blurbs

Looks like www.kerneltrap.org and www.slashdot.org both picked up on my
post to hackers@ about setting up fxr.watson.org.  I'm not sure if they're
worth putting on the FreeBSD front page (it's not really "about" FreeBSD),
but they do count as news of some sort relating to FreeBSD, I suppose...
