Laptop battery status on FreeBSD9

Good day,
Laptop HP 6720S. Battery status is updated only at the time of reboot.
# uname -a
FreeBSD ark 9.1-RC1 FreeBSD 9.1-RC1 #0 r240390: Wed Sep 12 17:16:19 EEST 2012

At the 9th release was the same. Tried to load FreeBSD7 with USB drive. 
Everything is normal.
I specifically checked. Cut off the AC adapter for an hour.
Indications apm-l && acpiconf-i 0 unchanged.
