acpi_ibm fails to work on new laptop

Are you runnig 32bit or 64bit? 32bit sleep with SMP is broken AFAIK. You can
try to disable SMP and see if it sleeps in case you are using 32bit.
Otherwise, suspend/resume is still iffy in FreeBSD.
