acpi shows wrong battery state

Ah, noticed that, but didn't grok why.  I need to disappear for a couple 
of days to get my 8.1-S system up to speed .. and to see if my own acpi 
issue (60 second freeze on resuming Thinkpad T23 on 8.0) still happens.
