Wrong dev.cpu.0.freq_levels values

Hi,

I understand that there are more levels than there used to be because of
the new driver, but why is the maximum 1500 now instead of 2000? Doesn't
it mean that the maximum frequency set by powerd is now 1500 MHz instead
of 2000 GHz?

Thanks!
