Hello

I'm getting theses while booting, and anytime I try to use ACPI (for
example, battery status plugin):

acpi_ec0: EcRead: failed waiting to get data
ACPI Exception (evregion-0529): AE_NO_HARDWARE_RESPONSE, Returned by
Handler for [EmbeddedControl] [20070320]
ACPI Error (psparse-0626): Method parse/execution failed
[\\_SB_.PCI0.LPC_.BAT0._STA] (Node 0xc61e57e0), AE_NO_HARDWARE_RESPONSE
ACPI Error (uteval-0309): Method execution failed
[\\_SB_.PCI0.LPC_.BAT0._STA] (Node 0xc61e57e0), AE_NO_HARDWARE_RESPONSE
battery0: <ACPI Control Method Battery> on acpi0
acpi_acad0: <AC Adapter> on acpi0
acpi_button0: <Power Button> on acpi0
acpi_lid0: <Control Method Lid Switch> on acpi0
acpi_button1: <Sleep Button> on acpi0

I already tried to create a new DSDT.aml from here:

http://aceracpi.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/dsdt/acer/aspire/7720.dsl

but without succes.

My hw.acpi output:

recent bios version from Acer: 1.34

Can you please help me ??

Thanks in advance
