acpi_sony driver update

I've updated a little bit acpi_sony driver on base of Linux sony-laptop
driver.

(acpi_sony.h also must be placed to /usr/src/sys/dev/acpi_support/)

I've added older spic driver to acpi_sony, enumeration of ACPI methods at
SNC attaching stage
and notification of devd. There is no input device creation yet and camera
control.

Cause I've only my SZ4MRN notebook to test, I'd like anyone else test
updated driver
on other Sony notebooks. Control sysctl nodes are hw.vaio, all SPIC events
are logged to syslog.

NB: It works stable on my system, but I can't guarantee it'll work good on
every system. Be aware of reboots :)
