Amilo Pa1538: 7.0-BETA2. ACPI problem

      Hello!
      I upgrade system from FreeBSD-7.0-CURRENT-200710-amd64 to
FreeBSD-7.0-BETA2-amd64 on my laptop Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Pa1538.
Problem with systems hang after key pressed was solved (problem with
HPET?.....). But problem with sleep state remain. After enter 'acpiconf
-s1' (s2,s3,s4) get  'acpiconf: request sleep type(s) failed. Operation
not supported'. BIOS version is recent. HDD sometimes clicks (may be
sleep and reset). Xorg after several minutes hangs (only mouse move). In
Xorg.log - 'tossed event which came in late mieqEnequeue: out-of-order
valuator event; dropping.'
This all troubles bound with bad working ACPI?

Attach AML, ASL, dmesg, Xorg log, sysctl hw.acpi.
