Reboot hangs if ACPI is enabled

Hi all,

For last few days I worked on installation of FreeBSD 6.0 amd64 with SMP and
PPS_SYNC options on my server. System worked stable. The server configuration is:
- IntelŽ Server Board SE7520AF2
- 2 x Xeon 3.0Ghz
- 3 x disk SCSI used with on-board SCSI Controller(RAID 5 configuration)

The problem is that if ACPI is enabled, invoking the commands:
    reboot, shutdown -r now
hangs server after message "Shutting down ACPI". The only way to start
server is to press power button. I have upgraded BIOS version for
the motherboard and server still hangs. I have searched for some
solutions but with no effect. Any help would be appreciated.

Bellow is shown dmesg output:
