  Make sbsh(4) MPSAFE:
  - Add a mutex to the softc and use it to protect the softc and device
    hardware.
  - Setup interrupt handler after ether_ifattach().
  - Remove unused sbsh_watchdog() routine.
  - Protect against concurrent attempts to load firmware.
