Then please address your complaints to appropriate commiter person, i.e. 
rafan@
Personally me don't do that (only OK this stuff) and will be happy enough 
even in case this stuff lives in -current only.

Perhaps. I think about it some time but not come with a nice solution. 
F.e. adding field to whole RuneLocale struct will break even compatibility 
with old binaries.
