Note this should not affect anything but 11n drivers (none of which are 
in the tree).  If you see any regressions w/ legacy devices please 
contact me immediately.  I want to get this code into 7.0; otherwise it 
may be hard to bring the forthcoming 11n drivers into RELENG_7.
