  Log:
  Use IFF_LOCKGIANT/IFF_UNLOCKGIANT around calls to the interface
  if_ioctl routine. This should fix a number of code paths through
  soo_ioctl() that could call into Giant-locked network drivers without
  first acquiring Giant.
