I only checked the UK servers at
http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/StratumTwoTimeServers, but from the ones in
the diff:

ntp.exnet.com		notify
ntp0.uk.uu.net		restrictedaccess,notify
ntp1.uk.uu.net		notify
ntp2.uk.uu.net		restrictedaccess,notify

That leaves only numbers 1,6-9 from the new list usable.
