What I mean here is that I'm a very quick typist, and it often
happens over a slow link, e.g., when committing to the FreeBSD
repo, that I type a commit log in vi(1) and press "ZZ" before
it fires up.  When it happens, cvs(1) complains that the log
message is unmodified, which sucks.  ;)
