I understand that, but I don't see it as a reason to remove sfbuf 
statistics from netstat -m.  sfbufs certainly have an important role for 
anyone running Apache 2 (which uses sendfile by default), and if someone 
is having network memory shortages, it makes sense to show them the 
relevant info when they go looking.
