  ac97.c: 1.49: Add ID for ALC658 CODEC.
  ac97.c: 1.48: Recognize the Avance Logic ALC655 codec found on some

  ac97.c: 1.46: Add Creative EV1938.
  ac97.c: 1.45: When present use ogain instead of master for surround sound
                channels.
