debug.watchdog.timeout actually exists. watchdogd just isn't smart enough to
read it yet. The watchdog will fire after debug.watchdog.timeout seconds.

edgemaster# sysctl debug.watchdog
debug.watchdog.enabled: 0
debug.watchdog.timeout: 20
debug.watchdog.reset: 0
