Do a forced-commit just to correct that comment, or we're going
to have SCO suing all of us, too!  In the correction, I'd make
a point of saying that the code is not the same (assuming, of
course, that the code *is* not the same...).  If the code is
the same, and if the original code was GNU-licensed, then I
believe we'd have to remove the code.
