If a port uses libungif and you want to switch it to giflib, the
simple patch might look like:

- -LIB_DEPENDS+=  ungif.5:${PORTSDIR}/graphics/libungif
+LIB_DEPENDS+=  gif.5:${PORTSDIR}/graphics/giflib
