Thank you for trying to fix 10-CURRENT issue.
Unfortunately, it seems still insufficient to me.  Since, the libtool
script is installed with build_libtool_libs=no on 10-CURRENT, it
doesn't build shared lib.  The attached patch should fix this problem.
