This message is a bit misleading: sometimes LICENSE was not really
added, but corrected, sometimes other changes (cleanups) were committed,
and change in devel/adabooch-doc-html/distinfo is really MD5 hash drop
which has nothing to do with licenses.
To all of us:
Let's try to be accurate in what we commit and what does commit log say.
These kind of things might look obvious and non-important right now, but
in a few years someone will probably be confused by bogus log entries.
