  - Install missing syntax highlighting schemes, fix location of skins
  - Install default set of translation (xlat) tables
  - Convert documentation text files from DOS CR/LF to Unix LF
  - Bring back pkg-plist since file list expanded significantly
  - Attempt to unbreak on ia64 [*]
