Well, it's taken me more than 4 months to notice but this seems to
generate errors on 'make index':
make_index: mod_webapp-4.1.24_3: no entry for /usr/ports/www/apache1.3.6
make_index: mod_webapp-4.1.24_3: no entry for /usr/ports/www/apache1.3.6

A 'make describe' shows a dependency on /usr/ports/www/apache1.3.6,
I suspect the 'APACHE_VERSION' needs to be removed.
