It (still) doesn't fetch.
ls: ~brooks/public_distfiles/llvm-2.4.snap20090215.tar.bz2: No such file or directory

And since for each update I have to re-trigger this port on QAT because
on-commit it fails to fetch (this happened the last 3 updates), maybe
you could upload the DISTFILES 24 hours or so before you commit the
update?
