I'm getting the same on an other tinderbox:
http://qat.tecnik93.com//errors/7-STABLE-FPT-NPD/sge-6.2.log

The only thing I can think of is something wrong with ccache interaction.
I'll be trying a build w/o it an will let you know the results.
