Yes, please change.  Right now it's pretty simple since we have no
history to preserve, ergo no repocopy required.  Mere cvs rm/add would
suffice.

At some point, vs@ had patches for addport and/or portlint.  I don't
remember whether they were committed or not.  I think I should ping him
about it.
