MythTV in the build (was: cvs commit: ports/multimedia Makefile)

Oops.  That should have read "Hook MythTV into build".

MythTV now builds and installs, at least for me.  It also tries to do
some basic configuration.  Unfortunately, MythTV is very installation
dependent, so it may not work for you.  Please let me know if you have
problems.

Currently I know of problems on amd64, and don't know any platform
except i386 where it even installs properly.  Again, if you have
success on other platforms (requires removing ONLY_FOR_ARCHS in the
Makefile), let me know.
