I think all timeouts waiting for review are already passed long ago, 
according to our guidelines, so you can just step in.

I not mean not honoring peter's maintainership, but perhaps he is 
simple busy enough with other things.
In anycase we can't wait forever...
I see it is already CC'ed to peter and hope to get answer.
