6.4 is just a bugfix release, no feature add. It means that all of  
patchlevels in 6.3 should be merged in 6.4. How exactly would it makes any  
difference for 6.3+patches and 6.4? I would understand if it was for 6.x  
and 7.x, but not 6.3 and 6.4.
