Yes.

It is due to the fact that installing ruby18 on a machine which has already
installed ruby-rdoc, installation will remove the newly installed rdoc/irb
commands.  It is a bug I reported to knu-san a few weeks ago but I never
got any answer.

The problem comes from the fact that when you install 1.8.1, it also remove
the old ruby_rdoc port thus removing the rdoc/irb symlinks from 1.8.1.
