  - OPTIONize the port to make it easier to choose drivers.
  - Use libtool 1.5 rather than deprecated 1.3
  - For those who don't choose any drivers, mark IGNORE to prevent
    installation
  - Thus bump PORTREVISION
  - Pass maintainership to submitter
