I think we can overcome this by adding a saying IGNORE message to p5-DBI
pointing users of perl 5.005_03 to p5-DBI-137. Combined with a
CONFLICTS, this should then be transparent after installing
p5-DBI-137.

I agree. I think the the repocopy with IGNORE and CONFLICTS is the best
way to work around the situation. I'll do the work if noone comes up
with a better solution.
