Please note:  At no point did I say I am planning to update the
documentation regarding cvsup/csup.  I fixed a broken link with this
commit which had been reported more than 1 month ago.  Because I think
it is a good thing to have no broken links in the documentation.  And
that I could do even without "knowing all the cvsup/csup facts first".   :)
