Only nudged in private by Ceri to finish the job.  I was going to wait
a week to see if anyone kibitzed about me removing the link from the
support page, but patience got the better of me and I nuked the files
because they were dated ~2000 and the content was completely out of
date/useless for "modern" FreeBSD users.  -sc
