You can use parentheses just do not forgoet to surround any descriptions using
them with doubles quotes for now, a fix is needed in make showconfig to allow
them without the double quotes. I'll work on it as soon as I have time "have a
look at zsh port where I use parentheses (same form quotes, see PYMALLOC_DESC
in bsd.options.desc.mk which uses simple quotes.

btw bsd.options.desc.mk is completly open to anyone its goals if to provide a
centrale place to share often used options description, you can all access to
it without any approval, feel free to improve its documentation in the comments
