This has been validated according to http://www.bis.doc.gov/encryption/ and
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Export_of_cryptography_in_the_United_States#Current_status

As we are not lawyers if someone think I misunderstood those links, please say
it, and in this case, we will revert this..
