i will add this patch to next port revision. currently to be submitted

1. cassadra fails to start after boot (command java not found) [*done*, 
needs testing]
2. making cassandra-cli and nodetool commands available from command 
line [*done*]
3. remove stop-server script - its not used by port [*done*]
