Technically, yes, but one should think carefully when it's OK and when it
would look more like Windoze or Mac OS X on what supposed to be Unix system.

Seriously, you really think that e.g. `audio/deadbeef' port (and plethora of
others) should be named `audio/deaDBeeF' (official name is DeaDBeeF)?

(In case of DeaDBeeF I do not consider this name stupid at all.  It just
does not fit as is into ports collection.)
