Yes I agree with you, like i already told you, you are one of the 
person where complain a lot, but when it's comes to take action you are 
one of the Person
where stay away from all that. That's why i said as usual go ahead what 
ever you want to discuss but i don't expect that afterwards anything 
will be happened
from your side. 

So a good advice, if you really would like to do something be silent, 
take action, code and shut up.
