Here is not exact what I mean, 
By phrase "same take a place on some multiports NICs" I mean some
multiport NIC's have attached Ethernet switch to it, so single PCI NIC
chip communicate with one port of this switch, but other switch ports
connected to external RJ45 connectors. 

So maybe better to say: "Some multiport NICs also have embedded
Ethernet switch"?
