No, it's not a typo. As the submitter mentioned in the discussion on the
mailing list, the newer version (tortoisehg 2.x) will be released soon.
Therefore, I suggested the submitter to use tortoisehg1 for 1.x and
reserve tortoisehg for 2.x.

[1] TortoiseHg 2.0 will be released with Mercurial 1.8 (Mar 1, 2011).
